EDUCATION LAW 2019 - THE MAJOR CHANGES

Education Law 2019 No. 43/2019/QH14 was adopted by the 14th National Assembly of the Socialist Republic of Vietnam on June 14, 2019 and announced on July 4, 2019. Education Law 2019 (including 9 chapters and 115 articles) will officially take effect on July 1, 2020, replacing Education Law 2005 and Education Law 2009 amending and supplementing a number of articles of Education Law 2005.
