DR. BÙI XUÂN HẢI
Associate Professor Bui Xuan Hai is currently the Vice Rector of Ho Chi Minh City University of Law. With a Doctor of Law from Latrobe University, Australia, he is also a member of the Executive Committee of the Hochiminh Commercial Arbitration Council, and arbitrator of VIAC, a senior legal advisor and law expert.
He specializes in Corporate Governance, Law on Enterprise, Law on Investment, Commercial Contracts (especially Construction contracts, international purchase and sale of goods), M&A, and Dispute Settlement.
Dr. Bui has advised many large enterprises in corporate governance, including public companies. He often holds the role of Chairman of the Arbitration Council or an Arbitrator who directly resolves hundreds of disputes under arbitration proceedings at VIAC. He is also the editor and co-author of many jurisprudence textbooks, monographs, and chair of many state and ministerial-level scientific research projects, all of which has high practical value.
